Staphylococcus aureus

Staphylococcus aureus is a gram positive facultative anaerobic bacteria distributed widely throughout living environment such as suppurated wound, nose, throat, skin, hair.  It resists highly concentrated salt (14~15%), has relatively high resistance to dryness and heat.  It produces toxin called Enterotoxin and causes food poisoning.
